6. Lost or Stolen Packages
We regret to inform customers that we cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed that delivery has taken place. Once delivery has been verified by the carrier, liability for the parcel passes to the recipient.
If your package is missing following a confirmed delivery, we recommend that you contact the carrier directly in order to initiate a claim. The carrier will be able to assist you with their procedures for investigating and resolving lost or stolen parcels.
