Clear Guidelines for Returns and Exchanges

1. Eligibility for Returns
• Items will only be refunded once we have received the item back at SoChic.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
• Certain products, such as leggings, items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, or custom-made goods, may not be eligible for return.

To qualify for a return, items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery. Returned products should be unused, remain in their original packaging, and be in a condition that allows them to be resold. Please be aware that certain products—including leggings, items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and custom-made products—may not be eligible for return.
Faulty Items Policy
If you choose to purchase items that are identified as faulty, please be aware that these products are not eligible for return. We ensure all faults are clearly communicated to you prior to purchase, so returns on these items are not accepted.
Sale Items Policy
We kindly ask that you purchase sale items only if you are certain you wish to keep them. As we do not make a profit from these discounted sales, we are unable to accept returns on sale items. Should you find that you no longer require a sale item, we encourage you to consider regifting it to someone who may appreciate it.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Please allow 14 business days excluding weekends for processing.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any losses incurred during shipping.

• If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
